Ingredients: (Yields 20 Servings)
6 large onions2 green bell peppers
6 huge, ripe tomatoes or 1-2 large cans of tomatoes
1 bunch of celery with leaves
1/2 head white cabbage
4 carrots
1/2 big can of tomato juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
What you do:
Dice the vegetables and put them in a pot. Fill the pot with water and the tomato juice. |
Boil for ten minutes, then simmer till the vegetables are tender. Season as you go along. |
